FULL COORDINATING
For those looking to relax and enjoy the month leading up to the wedding, I’m happy to offer you my attentive Full Coordinating services. I'll handle all the details before, during and after the party, so you won’t have to worry about a thing, except showing up. Full Coordinating services include timeline creation, vendor contract reviews and communication, venue walk-through, rehearsal, decoration set up and tear down, and management of the event. I’ll be your point of contact for any issues, questions or details throughout your planning process. Services start at $2500.
PARTIAL COORDINATING
For the planner who has it all under control, but wants to enjoy and not manage their special day, I offer Partial Coordinating. I’ll assist you on the day of your event using a timeline you provide to keep the event on track, serve as the point of contact for the day, and complete any set up or tear down of decorations. Services start at $2000.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
For those who just need an extra set of hands to set up and clean up your event, consider my Event Management package. You can be sure your next event will be organized and enjoyable when you leave the labor of setting up and tearing down to me. Services start at $1000.
ABOUT EXTRA SET OF HANDS EVENTS
Hi, I'm Jessica
I'll be your Extra Set of Hands for your event! I am passionate about serving others, planning and organizing. As a teenager, I wished to be an event planner, and loved to plan my own birthday parties. Once I got engaged in 2020, I planned and replanned my own wedding in dozens of themes and locations. It really reminded me how much I enjoyed planning. In January 2022, I finally took the leap and worked as a wedding coordinator for Mini Rose Farms in the Leesburg, VA area. With some experience under my belt, I launched ESH Events, LLC, my own fully insured planning company serving events much closer to home. I believe everyone deserves to have the support they need to have an enjoyable event. I'm passionate about providing you exceptional service that is punctual, affordable and stress free.
Outside of event planning, I am a mom to our infant son and a scientist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration working with space-born satellite imagery and providing customer service to users of the imagery. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, rock climbing and reading.

My journey in event planning began with a personal passion, sparked by organizing my own wedding in 2018. That experience grew into a love for helping others with their own celebrations, from weddings to baby showers, and I was thrilled to officially bring that passion to the Extra Set of Hands team! My philosophy is to truly be the 'extra set of hands' you need, managing all the details so you can relax and enjoy your special occasion.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two kids, enjoying good food, and watching movies. This role brings my world full circle, as I get to work with Jessica—who I first met at Penn State!—and we still passionately root for Penn State football.
